Great spot to camp and enjoy Yosemite. The camp is close to the entrance of the mist trail to Nevada falls, and Curry Village for quick shopping 🛒.

didn't like being next to the community trash bins

why don't you have more campgrounds open in winter? it is quite difficult to get a reservation and puts everyone on top of each other. it restricts access to the park which should NOT be your goal

The staff was incredible, giving us so many suggestions for hikes. We ended up doing Rubicon which was roughly 14 miles along the edge of the lake. It was lengthy, but had very little elevation change, so not too difficult. Campsite and bathrooms were very clean. Would stay here again!

The camping sites were too close to each other. There’s no shower at the site. But it is close to Curry Village and mist trail.
