Why can't you open the rest of Upper Pines for the Thanksgiving weekend? Also, if you're so determined to close off half the campground you should open the back half. Much better campsites and higher ground to keep from flooding.

We love this place! We were a family of six and we really liked the location and the spaciousness of the campsites. The bathrooms were clean and heated. I also liked the proximity to hiking and climbing trails. We will definitely be back.

We love camping in Yosemite, and have always done Upper Pines campground. This site was tough to fit our 19 foot trailer and our tow vehicle, but we made it work.
Bathrooms have heat and TP, but no soap. Campground was clean and not too crowded.

I don't understand why most of the loops are closed. It's not like you need that much extra staff since most if not all the campers do not need assistance. If it is a maintenance of the bathroom and trash pickup issue then close the bathrooms and remove the trashcans and post a note saying you are in a no amenities, packin/packout campground.
