I visited mid-week in early February, and the campground was lovely with blue skies, Joshua trees, and a variety of birds (including a Roadrunner!) The staff were very friendly, and the campground and restrooms were well-maintained. The days were warm and the cooler nights were perfect for campfires in the firepit.

Great location. Incredible night sky views. Close proximity to some of the best trails in Joshua Tree.

Camp site was good but it felt like there needed to be more locations where you could refill your water. Also my wife wished there were more places to put your recycling.

Great camp spot right outside Joshua Tree National Park for small RV’s, trailers and tents. We had a great site with lots of trails to choose from to hike around. Nice fire pits but they don’t sell any wood there so remember to bring your own wood. Read the campsite description before choosing a site as some were very un-level and unsuitable for RV’s or trailers. Also, roads were a bit rough in some loops so drive carefully. We have a small rig and it worked well for us.
