Very enjoyable campground. The sites were quiet and private. Bathroom was consistently clean. We could hear the Roaring Fork river and there was no road noise. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely sites with good spacing and privacy. More ‘0ld school’ best for smaller Rvs- 25 feet or less. Hiking from the campground and bike path to town and river activities close by.

Difficult is one of my favorite campgrounds in Colorado. The sites are big and shaded and feel private. The bathrooms are clean and the water pumps are really convenient. There is a beautiful stream, a moderately difficult hike and a bike path to Aspen all right there at the campground. The camp hosts are very friendly and helpful.
