This is our fifth visit to LaVista campground. The spectacular views of the mountains, lake vistas and walking trails draw us back year after year.
The camp hosts/manager was helpful and answered any questions.

Great experience. Campsites are spaced so you are not right on top of each other. Trails to the lakes are good, even with stairs so you are not slipping going down. Altitude is about 8600 ft so us older folk need to take it slower. The kids will enjoy going to Bishops Castle which is only 10 or 12 miles from the campsite.

Camp hosts are lazy. District manager and assistant are also lazy. They spend most of there time in there campers.
