Safety & rules
- La Mesa RV Park offers year-round accommodations with established rules for a safe and clean environment.
- Only household trash is allowed; all trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpster, and cardboard boxes should be broken down.
- Streaming videos on WiFi is not allowed from 7 am to 10 pm to ensure a good experience for all guests.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 7 am to respect other guests.
- Children must not be left unattended at any time.
Pets
- Pet owners must not leave pets unattended and must clean up after them, or risk being asked to leave without a refund.
Fees & deposits
- All fees must be paid in advance; monthly and weekly payments are due by 11:00 a.m. on their due date, and rates may increase.
Vehicles & parking
- Parking is allowed only in designated sites; parking in unoccupied sites will incur an additional charge.
- Speed limit is 5 mph within the park, and driving through unoccupied sites is prohibited; no vehicle washing or heavy mechanical work is allowed.

- No drinking, smoking, or pets are allowed in park buildings; children must be accompanied by an adult, and cleanliness is required.
Fires & fuel
- Barbecues must be 36 inches high, cannot be placed on picnic tables, and charcoal must be disposed of properly; violations incur a $50 fine.

- Visitor rates depend on the number of guests in your RV, and all visitors must show ID and leave by 9 pm; tenant changes require office approval.
Cancellation policy
- No refunds are provided; credits can be used within one year, but not on holidays.

- Waste must be dumped in the sewer receptacle, and prairie dogs should not be fed; cleanliness of your site is required.
