Sundance RV Park

A great little rv park in town. Have stayed here many many times when visiting family. Clean and well maintained. Some permanent guests yes but all well and uncluttered.

You go you stays you likes.

WIFI: Worked well
Cleanliness: They keep the space pretty spotless.
Bathrooms: very clean and great water pressure, plenty of hot water just takes a while to fully get to the showers if you are the first shower in the morning.
The dog park is big enough to let the dogs run and most people clean up after their dogs.
There is a huge park across the street for walking dogs.
About 1/3 of the park is long-termers but they keep their sites neat.
It is an "urban" park but as long are you are 1/2 back in the park the road noise is not noticeable.

Looking a an RV spot for a few days to visit Mesa Verde Park, about 10 miles away. Older but nicely kept park. We even got a shady spot.
Bathrooms and showers are roomy and very clean. Excellent laundry facility. The person who answered the phone as we left our previous location to book something here was very friendly and accommodating. We recommend this park if you are in the Cortez Colorado area. High speed fiber wifi.

Park is conveniently located right in town near shops & restaurants. Sites are level, spacious, and gravel. Staff was very friendly. They have a very nice little grass dog park with enough room for them to run a bit. Will stay here again when in the area.

The staff here was so friendly and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. We were having an electrical issue with our RV and they got us in touch with someone to help. The showers are the best ones I’ve come across so far. Definitely worth staying at!
