Alpen Rose RV Park

This was the cutest RV Park. We only stayed two nights as we were passing through but everything was perfect. The grounds are incredible. The bathrooms are clean and huge. The little cafe that offers breakfast and pizza and wings for dinner was the absolutely cutest thing. What a great idea especially for those just passing through and need an easy meal.

We have been coming to Alpen Rose for about 10 years but the last two years we were unable to come because of the managers dog policy. The RV sort is now under new management and the park is back to a really nice resort. The new management is working to improve the resort. They are all lovely people to work with and the resort is really nice again! A very nice relaxed atmosphere and a great location. Thank you to the new management for bringing the resort back up to par! We will be back!!

RV Site= Rooms. Our big rig site was very nice and relaxing under the trees with grass and a nice view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The maintenance of the grounds were very meticulously kept. It is always nice to have a dog park, and this dog park is 2 acres with grass! The location of the park is perfect, it's just enough out of town to be quiet and able to enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains. Thank you Alpen Rose, we will visit again.

This is a wonderful, well kept campground. The staff is definitely the nicest. We were greeted at our arrival and shown around the park. Our host gave us all of the information we needed. Wonderful breakfast choices and dinner was delicious pizza and salad. The bathhouse was big, clean and inviting. Laundry was up to date and affordable. We had fun with our family and enjoyed our stay. We had a side by side buddy site. Spacious dog park was a plus. Thank you for accommodating us. We will return.

Absolutely loved our stay at Alpen Rose RV Park! The people are incredibly friendly, and the park itself is beautiful and set in a quiet location. It’s the perfect spot to bike into town using low-traffic roads or hop on the Animas River Trail. The remodeled bathrooms and showers are a great touch, and the grounds are truly well cared for. Our dogs were in heaven with the large grassy dog park area. We would definitely stay here again!
