Blue Mesa Adventure Pods at Elk Creek Campground

The pod was lovely to stay in! It was just enough space and located on a beautiful lake. Just make sure to bring a portable fan because there is not much ventilation and can get quite still at night making it hot.

My family and I rented these pods a few weekends ago for the first time. We absolutely loved them! It was so nice to pull up and not have to spend time fighting with our tent. Super cute pods, loved how the firewood and paddle boards came with the rental! We have already booked our next trip!

I booked this trip but never got an email confirmation with info about the trip. As it got closer to the days of the trip I called them to find out more info about the trip and was wanting to speak with someone about the possibility of canceling the trip. I called several times and they kept telling me that the person that has the info will call me back or email me because they were out of cell service. They never called me back or emailed me to discuss, just put a $121 refund in my bank account out of the $262.11 that I originally spent. Very frustrating customer service and lack of communication. Blue Mesa Pod I would really like an explanation for lack of communication and the rest of my money back.

ADDENDUM: I just got a phone call from them and they will be giving me a full refund minus 10% as their policy for all cancelations. When I recite the Regina I will change this to 5 stars. They were very apologetic and helpful when they reached out.

We absolutely loved staying here! Had a “tri-pod” and it was a blast. The paddle boards were a ton of fun to bring out to the water all day and the firewood was perfect for our fire pit right behind our pod. I’ve never seen so many stars in my life! We were close enough to the restaurant and bathrooms were right across from us. I’d highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
