OK, where do we begin...this resort is absolutely amazing. The service was over the top fantastic from Nabil's customer service and gourmet cooking, to Trent and Noah's genuine thoughtfulness and helpfulness. Along with the rest of the high caliber staff- the best. The accommodations were super clean, comfy, and relaxing, food was delicious. There was nothing to worry about except catching up on our reading near the fire. Thank you BTR team!! We will be back, Mac and Jane

Wow! What an incredible weekend we had staying at Black Tree. Nabil and his team were so attentive and made our weekend perfect. We had a tent that was secluded with a beautiful view and it felt very private. The food and menu were absolutely amazing along with the cocktails they made us. They even gave us a special cake for our anniversary. Their team took such good care of us. I love That they offer golf carts to use while staying with them. Our room was great and the beds were so comfy. It was chilly at night so we do have to wake up and keep filling the wood fire stove. Would love if bathrooms were next to or closer to the tent but not a deal breaker. I will 1000% be back to stay at black tree resort. The service, amenities, and location couldn’t be better. Black Tree made glamping the perfect romantic and relaxing getaway.

Black Tree is the ultimate glamping spot in Colorado. The hand-built tents are spaced out along the property for maximum privacy and the food… delivered to your tent hot and fresh, exceeded my wildest expectations. The large plush beds had soft white sheets adorned with wool blankets and a cozy woodburning stove kept us warm all night. Every detail has been thought through to maximize comfort along with an amazing staff that genuinely seemed happy to serve. Can’t wait to visit again!

We really enjoyed our 3-day stay. The food was good and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Who wouldn't prefer a hotel-quality bed over a sleeping bag on an air mattress? I thought the lack of water/toilet facilities in the tent would be a problem but the golf-cart drive to the bathhouse was easy and the very classy 'port-a-potty' right near the tent was a god-send at night. The location is scenic and provides a central point for many fun activities but you have to arrange them on your own. We hiked around the lake and through the canyon at the Eleven Mile State Park and explored funky near-by towns of Salida and Buena Vista.

My wife and I embarked on an 11-day Colorado bucket list vacation to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We visited all the iconic stops: Boulder, Estes Park, Breckenridge, Vail, Ouray, Telluride, Silverton, and then headed back towards Denver. Wanting to try something different on the way, we decided to go glamping. Little did we know, Black Tree would become our favorite stop along the journey.
We were greeted with a warm reception and guided to our luxury tent, which was thoughtfully designed and equipped with detailed instructions on its amenities. The experience only got better when dinner arrived—by far the best food we had during all our stays. The salmon was absolutely delicious, and the other three meals each day did not disappoint, topped off with a surprise cake that was a sweet end to the day.
That night, we gathered around the campfire under a sky full of stars, and just as we wished, a breathtaking shooting star streaked across the sky. Luxurious bedding ensured a sound night’s sleep, wrapped in comfort and tranquility.
This was truly a highlight of our adventure. We even decided to extend our stay, cancelling our last planned stop. A special thanks to Nabil and his exemplary staff—your hospitality made this experience unforgettable. This is what Colorado is all about!
