This campground is conveniently located at the Zapata Falls trailhead and very close to Great Sand Dunes National Park. The friendly campground host keeps a very clean camp. We will be back.

Great site. We like more rustic so the lack of electricity and water is a pro. Fabulous views. Tent spots not super flat nor large. Loved the quiet roads. Host was helpful but not intrusive.

Site #13 was fine but we had a hard time trying to drive stakes in for our tent . Gave up and just used rocks to secure the tent.

This is a great little campsite away from the people and close to the Zappata Falls trailhead and Great Sand Dunes National Park. The Camp host was great at making sure we were good and checking in on things. The campground has a beautiful view and just a nice place for a different experience versus in the national park.

Super cool spot to be near the dunes & the falls! We visited both. No camp host but it wasn’t a problem. Bathrooms were clean, etc. View was amazing from our site! Super windy in April.

Such a clean, well-maintained campground! And the views are incredible. This was my second time here and both sites I've stayed in were great!
