One of the nicer campgrounds I've stayed at. I highly recommend the "walk in" ten sites. You don't have to walk far and the creek is right nearby, drowning out any other sounds from the campground. Camp attendant keeps things clean and is a chill person to deal with.

Beautiful campground. Site is not for large RV's as tree branches are very close. We loved it!

Nice campground about a mile from Guanella Pass. The proximity to Guanella Pass makes it attractive, and the campground was at capacity. Campsites are close together, but neighboring campers respected quiet times.

Loved this campground. The stream running nearby was great white noise and bathrooms were well-tended. Some people thought there were too many bugs...but coming from Missouri, it seemed fine to me lol.

Our camp host was very cool, available and on top of things. The campsite and facilities were clean and easy to access.
So glad we chose this location as our last stop before hiking! Great place to get acclimated.

Super clean campsites, bear proof food storage lockers, right next to the Silver Dollar road and only about ~10 minutes to the summit and Bierstadt trailhead. Definitely recommended.

We had spot #17 (south side) for the past several years....forest setting, clean bathrooms, really great camp host for the last few years. Easy access to Georgetown and Idaho springs if you want a Dinner/night out..Plenty of hiking, MTB'ing. fishing, or just hanging around camp options...note the elevation at around 10.7k feet above sea level. If you are not from Denver it could be a challenge for some.

Great campground. Very clean. Sites are not too close to each other. The sound of the stream right next to the site was very relaxing. Only issue was a lot of bugs, so be sure to bring bug spray.
