The noisy fan in the bathroom could be heard in much of the campground. Inside the bathroom it was deafening. What is the camper/campsite set up that looks like someone has been living there for years? No campground just sign. First time I’ve been at a campground with cat infestation. Can’t be good for the wildlife.

Incredibly clear river full of fish, turtles and the occasional gator on the bank. Clean and spacious campground, friendly staff and a great mountain bike or hiking trail nearby. Highly recommend.

Campsite was nice and big. It had plenty of cover to make it it private. The restrooms were clean. The check in was nice and quick and informative
. The girl remembered us from the prior month when we pulled up. That was a nice touch.

We camped in the D Loop spot 65. We also had family members with us. They was in the campsite next to us and one acrossfrom us. The D Loop had a broken hot water heater the first night we had to go over to the C loop to take a shower the second night Loop B and C had no power so we had to go to Loop A to take a shower the bathroom seemed to have several issues and might need a little bit better of upkeep. You have a whole park and only one working bathroom for people to shower. the bathrooms were clean though. There was also an issue with the bear boxes on our campsites the bear box on site 65 we put our food in it and the lock on the box got stuck. We did not get it open until the next morning when a park person came to open it for us. My family member in the campsite next to us also had an issue with their bear box that would not lock at all so their box got left open all night. The inside of the bear box on 65 is excessively rusted on the inside. Campsite 65 is very spacious, but because it is next to the bathroom, there is a lot of traffic. The light from the bathroom lights up the site also. The kids had a lot of room to play even with two tents on the campsite. Campsite 65 is right next to the highway so you do hear traffic all night long.
