Beautiful location. Very quiet. Appears clean but were unable to use pull out sofa due to bugs. Lots of rat droppings in corners and under beds along carpet edge. We were looking for a place that we could plan a yearly family getaway, but this is not the place. We will not be rebooking here.

The place is great!! We fished with our boat, had camp fires each night and enjoyed the great property! The bunk room for the kids is a great idea.
The only reason I ranked it 3 out of 5 is because we did have issues with rats in the cabin. Each night we did see them in the bathroom and once in the dining room. It was reported to the office.

So peaceful great place to get away from everything and just enjoy life. All we needed was to bring food and sheets which was less than anywhere else. Great way to enjoy nature and the forest without the outdoor camping but the feel of it. Springs within 30 mins but I didn't want to leave cabin. Great family vacation. Felt like it was my home. Reccomend planning next trip here. I am so anxious to go back

It was great to see that the dock has been rebuilt. The cabin seems to be getting a little moldy. Not sure how often the filters in the a/c are replaced, but it might help. Overall, it is always a great place to stay and we'll always be back.
