My husband and I have stayed at the WP Franklin locks campground twice now and it is simply awesome. The views are breath taking of the water ways and the facilities are always very well taken care of. Love this place and will be back to try out the kayaking next time!

This was our second time here and just as nice at the first. Clean and quiet. Check out activities at Babcock Ranch, they have art shows, music and food trucks at various times. We also enjoyed riding into Punta Gorda, they have a great farmers market on Saturday mornings.

Unfortunately, the secret is already out, it's nearly impossible to get campsites at this beautiful location with water views. The campground is well kept with all the amenities except sewer. So please don't' tell anyone else about campground.

Nice site, close to Ft Myers downtown. Wish it could hold more campers, seems set up for the big ones.

WP Franklin is an excellent campground. The volunteer hosts go out of their way to make campers feel welcome. It’s always a pleasure to return if I’m lucky enough to get a site.

A beautiful campground. So relaxing with tons of birds and boats to watch. Great space between sites.
