Very nice park with great staff and level, concrete pads. All of them are water view. It was nice to see the dam and lock system on the Caloosahatchee. The camp is 10-15 minute drive to any amenities, but that's OK. Try out the Boat House Tiki Bar for some good food and drink.

Wonderful place to relax, watch boats, sunset skies in a neat, clean, quiet campground and enough to coastal beaches.

This is our 2nd visit to W.P. Franklin N campground, just as good as our 1st visit three years ago. 1) Well-spaced campsites,
2) Always clean restrooms/showers,
3) Convenient location to Ft. Myers Beach. Many restaurants, that survived Hurricane Ian, have reopened; our favorite is Doc Fords. Margaritaville is thriving, Times Square is slowly but surely recovering.
Lots of rebuilding apparent.
