The Franklin Locks is always a great place to have parties! We have had multiple birthday parties for our kids there. We will be returning in late January for another birthday!

Honestly could not have chosen a more beautiful location! The weather was perfect and the staff was being friendly! If I ever plan another event I’ll be booking here again!

Our cruise club held its annual meeting and picnic at the Franklin Lock pavilion. We have been doing this for several years. As in the past we found the facility very accommodating for our group. The Ranger meet us and offered assistance as needed and even told us about games that we could borrow for the afternoon.
The only suggestion for improvement is for the dock be repaired to its former functioning state. As mentioned we are a cruise club and generally travel by small craft to our various venues. For the past two or three years it has not been available. We really miss this and would appreciate its repair.

This is a perfect environment for the family, nice people guide us and we had a wonderful experience. I would go back again for another birthday party.

Beautiful and Perfect place/to spend the day with just your family, or reserve a pavilion/shelter for a larger group !
I rate it 5 for amenities, cleanliness, location, accessibility, parking, etc

From Interstate 75, take Exit 141 (Palm Beach Blvd.) east for 7 miles to Old Olga Road. Make a left on Old Olga Road and proceed 0.3 miles to Franklin Lock Road. Make a right on Franklin Lock Road into the WP Franklin South Recreation Area.
