Shady Banks RV Resort

I loved this place! New owner has a great management team (Bob and Joni). No more men in dresses or drug attics.This is a small "old Florida" camp resort. Only about 30 sites. A lot of improvements. Remodeled rec room (free ice) and laundry room wih new machines. New lighting throughout. A great little pool. Its in a historic area, close to local stores and about 25 minutes from Walmart. A nice place for e-bikes. Over 40 miles on the coastal trail that takes you to 3 small towns. Near parks and springs. If you live in a gated community, it's probably not for you...pool is not heated, no pickle ball court or concierge service. Lol. Everybody else will love it. The price is great. I will definitely be back. Thank you Shady Banks for a wonderful time!

It was a pleasant stay for the 2 days we were there. The rec room was a surprise on how awesome it was with the pool table and the big ice maker that was available for anyone. The manager was very accommodating and friendly. I will stay there again.

I gave a 4 as the bathrooms were clean, pool
was refreshing, they had a game room and they had an ice machine on the premises for anyone to use, which was quite helpful.

Not really a "resort" but for us it was quite comfortable for our 4 night stay. Not a large facility, but we had everything we needed.

I would just recommend adding a changing area to the womens shower area to step out of and dry off and dress.

This campground is very nice. Simple, but clean with a small pool, game room, ice machine, laundry and bathrooms. This is definitely not a “resort”, but it was clean and quiet with shady sites. The restrooms were clean, but could use hooks next to the showers to hang towels and maybe a bench in the shower to put clothes on for changing after showering. We used the laundry room and the machines are clean and in good condition. We will definitely consider staying again if in the area.

We had a very pleasant stay at Shady Banks RV Resort. The owners are very accommodating. All sites are full hook up and have picnic tables. We had a large site at the end of the row across from a field which was great for walking the dog. Clean bathrooms/showers, laundry room and a recreation room with large screen tv and free ice. Nice pool for cooling off in the afternoon. Close to stores and short drive to Fanning Spring State Park.
