Encore Crystal Isles

Place is more like a storage place. Paid for a premium site. It was small ,unkempt the fire ring had broken glass and old cans in it. Site was small and backed up to big rv storage site that took up entire view from 2 sides of the site. Bathroom was not open, horrible sewage smell for 3 days of our 5 day stay. Couldn't use the picnic table, cook or eat outside with stench. This was the highest priced place we stayed in a 12 campground trip around Florida. Very disappointed in thousand trails and encore reputation scores. This is a true review of a place that is not up to standards. Skip it !

Crystal Isles RV Resort has an incredible, hardworking team that truly makes this place feel like home. Everyone is friendly, positive, and genuinely cares about helping guests — you’re treated like friends and family the moment you arrive.
The staff has clearly put in a tremendous amount of work rebuilding and improving the resort after past hurricanes, and it really shows. The newly renovated bathrooms are beautiful, clean, and feature spacious showers.
Huge thanks to the amazing team: Penny, Lisa, Lori, Sharon (office), Peter (manager), Ron (foreman), Terry (maintenance), and Kevin (security — always helpful and even looks out for the wildlife!).
Highly recommend this resort for both the atmosphere and the people who make it special.

This park is one of the best we've been to. It's very clean, the lots are very spacious and the facilities are updated and nice. People were very friendly and it looks like they have great activities. Would definitely come here again and stay longer.

This was our second time visiting Encore Crystal Isles. The campground itself is older with many seasonal and full time residents. Some of their campsites are exceptionally built with bars, outside kitchens and dining areas. A lot of them are well kept, clean, and well organized. Residents are friendly and welcoming. The pool is clean and heated. The laundry rooms, restrooms are clean and tidy. The only caution is at sunset and sunrise a hoard of no see ums descend on the area, leaving itchy campers in their wake. Rocket launches can be seen at night to the north and that’s always very cool.

Beautiful, peaceful, and yes, the pool and hot-tub are open. Great spot for boaters. The staff at the office are very nice and were wonderful to both my children. My only concern is that the GM needs to enforce the no off leash policy. I had a neighbor ignore the office staff and allow his dog off leash, which put my dog at risk of getting attacked or my dog defending us and possibly hurting that other dog. I keep mine leashed at all times. Otherwise we will most definitely return!
