We come here a lot because we enjoy the quiet.

Fully paved back in sites with full hookups. Sites can just handle a 40’ 5th wheel. This campground is mostly shaded with picnic table and a fire ring. The spring is beautiful and people were swimming in December. There is some restaurants near by and a small grocery store fire staple items. I’ve lived in FL 42 years and saw my first bear here. There are bear warning signs and the primitive campgrounds offer food vaults.

When American Land & Leisure was at Salt Springs it was 5 stars. Naventure took over 1/1. 1 star, sites not blown off between campers like AL&L, blocked up commode not fixed for hours, way down on manpower. Other campers commented on subpar labor efforts.
Also no pontoon boat available for rental at boat launch/dock. AL&L had a rental to cruise from springs to river.
Big difference on customer satisfaction between regime changes.

Not as good as it once was. Poorly managed and over priced.

Clean sites with some shade. Sites are paved and level but there is no privacy between sites.
