My spot was #8 I made a reservation but didn't specify a spot. I was disappointed that my spot was adjacent to Hiway 19 so traffic noise spoiled the experience. The shower house nearest me was under some sort of repair. During the three days I was there, and for many days prior to my arrival according to an adjacent camper, no workers were seen doing anything. I was able to make the walk over to the operating shower house. Someone older or more disabled would surely have found it inconvenient at the least.

Freezing cold showers. Water temp is hot but not steaming hot. The bathroom is not heated and colder than the outside. Zero privacy and very spotty Internet. However, the Spring is neat, clean bathrooms and the employees are very nice.
Will pass on next time.

The only negative I have about this park is the lack of heat in the showers. Granted, most of the time heat is not needed, but when it's 40 degrees...
The springs were gorgeous, and the rest of the park was too.

A beautiful campground with plenty of room between the campsites. Some hiking and paddling a canoe or kayak. Spotted many birds and manatees.

We went kayaking and absolutely loved being out on the water. We saw manatees, gators, tons of turtles, and birds. The water is crystal clear and beautiful.

Big sites and full hookups! Very clean and maintained. Has a nice spring to cool off in and a nice boat ramp for your small boat or canoe.

Absolutely no concern for the comfort of their campers. The bathhouse is absolutely unusable in cold weather. Not only is it not heated, but the top sections are screen and large fans come on when you enter. The temps were as low as the 20s and 30s for several weeks. Not once did the staff turn off the large fans so campers could take showers. We will never be back.
