Emerald Beach RV Park

We are currently staying nine nights at Emerald Beach RV Park in site 67, a beachfront back-in site, and it has been wonderful. The view from our deck is absolutely amazing and one of the best parts of our stay. The staff has been friendly, welcoming, and very well informed about the area and park amenities. We’ve enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked the same time for next year. Highly recommend!

Emerald Beach RV Park is a lovely place to stay! The park is clean, well maintained, and has a relaxed beach atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The beach access is a huge plus — being able to walk right out and enjoy the sand and water truly made our stay!

Well-situated RV park with inter coastal waterway beachfront. Lots of easy access pullthru sites with full hookups. Paved and level but fairly close together as Florida beach RV parks usually are.

Nice compact park with very friendly campers. Many snowbirds who come back year after year for season.

Clean bathrooms and laundry was only $1.50 per load with very nice machines that allowed for various temp settings.

Road noise wasn’t bad near the back (water) side of the park. You may get to see various aircraft from nearby military bases or even the Blue Angels at the right times of year.

Beautiful sunsets and sunrises to be enjoyed on their patio with fire pit or pier.

Sad to leave this beautiful park! Great location and nice amenities. Friendly neighbors and excellent staff! Kayaks and paddle boards available to rent for cheap, or just hang out on the beach in the park. Fun events like BINGO in the evenings! We had such a great time and can’t wait to come back.

All my wife and I can say is, WOW! We booked this as a two night stop over in-between visiting family, and what a find this was. 76 full hookup sites and we were blessed enough to reserve one of the few they have right by the private beach and Santa Rosa Sound. The sounds and views are amazing. We walked the 300' pier, but didn't do any fishing. The sun rise and sun sets were breathtaking. The facilities themselves were very clean and well maintained. The small pavilion with rocking chairs was a very nice touch, and so many of the guests enjoyed the heated pool. If possible, we would definitely like to come back here.
