Place was absolutely beautiful. We had site right on the bay. The sunsets & birds were amazing! We booked a week again next year.

What a find! We've stayed at many RV resorts and Presnell's is fantastic. Super friendly staff. Great clubhouse. Hot tub. Two pools. Full hook-ups and their well placed. We stayed in January and one of the pools was heated to 85 degrees. Incredible sunsets! We loved the town as well. Unfortunately we had to leave a few days early due to a death in the family but the staff was so caring and compassionate. Thank you!

We are from Georgia...about 255 miles away..We have stayed at Presnells 5 times now (currently New Year week 2025/2026). We have ALWAYS had a GREAT stay here.. We have been through 3 different RV's whilst staying here.. GREAT RV Resort.. Our ONLY concern is certain "waterfront" spaces NEED some attention as they are undeveloped (especially site #15).. This is such an excellent RV Resort that at the very minimum the Resort should PAY ATTENTION to the condition of their "Premium Sites" .. evidently there has been rain/storms in the area and this site is extremely unlevel.. our 34ft camper was very out of level towards the water.. you could SEE the site had "washed out".. It is such a good location & park.. AT LEAST pave the sites!!..
Yes, we will come back but we have looked all over the Resort & picked out our future sites that are in good shape & LEVEL!.. It is just ashame that a pristine Resort CANNOT even take the time to keep up on their sites! .. NOT a "Happy Camper" on this trip.. I WILL address this issue with the office before we leave on Saturday 03Jan2026 .. I just want them to know!

RUN...don't walk....away from this place!! Especially in December, January, February! You don't want to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets right across the bay. Or experience living right beside the water. Or the clean restrooms / showers and amazing clubhouse with a wrap around patio overlooking the park and bay. Or the quaint "Keys-esque" charm of Port St. Joe.
NO!! Don't come ... because I want to and you might take the last spot! LOL
Seriously, this place is one of my favorites on the planet. But it is often full because of its amazingness. Everything about it is special, especially if you are lucky enough to get by the water. If you do come, plan on staying a week or two. That's when the whole experience soaks in. They have boats, they'll set you up with everything to play on the water if you want to go out. Hunts is a short walk away is great for lunch/dinner. Fresh fish in the market below.
May the "Forgotten Coast" remain forgotten. It's rare to have something like this so relatively undisturbed. It's not an entertainment mecca, so if nature isn't your thing and you need tinsel entertainment, this isn't it. It's pure connection with God's amazing creation.
Bring Starlink of you have it. Cell outside of town drops off fast, however, they have improved the park wifi. I got in the 30 up and 10 down range - enough to do video conferencing. They said it had recently been improved. You'll have a straight shot north if you have Starlink and you'll be fine.
Enjoy!

Very nice place. Friendly folks. Clean facilities. Wi-fi was no good. Electric and Cable were great . Pool was cool and clean. Sunsets were worth the admission. Prepare for gnats in the evenings. Definitely a place to re-visit.
