We travel a lot and never experience such a disarray and disorganized place to be , camping sites has no water at all, no electricity and bathrooms were dirty and out of order , everybody was parking in a very disorganized manner, the site for our rv was not right for the size that we order, we checked electricity on other sites without any positive results, one of them was wired wrong , my husband is an electrician and noticed that could have birn out our rv, several campers on site complain about this place but since they paid cash no luck, other said it blew some fuses on his trailer .we arrived at night and nobody was available to help us out, no phones are answered , we end up going to other place wich was amaizing and now we are disputing for services that are misleading.

Assessable areas of the park are spred out but lots of wildlife and trails are generally good for hiking, but some have large areas of soft sand if biking.

RECOMMEND!!! This place truly is a little piece of heaven. The location is beautiful and peaceful - exactly what we were hoping for. You won’t find flashy, over-the-top amenities here, but you’ll have everything you actually need: a lovely clubhouse, great fishing, the sweetest little alligator to watch, a nearby boat ramp, and a nice park just across the street.
The neighborhood is extremely friendly and welcoming, yet it’s not the kind of place where people intrude on your space. Everyone’s kind and respectful - you can enjoy a chat when you want to, but still have your quiet time when you’re outside relaxing or doing your own thing.
Dogs are welcome, which we love! If you’re looking for a quiet, friendly, down-to-earth RV park that feels like home, this really is a beautiful piece of paradise.

Parakeet took over. The place is basically a slum landlord. 875.00 a month,,for nothing. They don't mow, one month they say they do,,than they say it's up to resident. The rv side, has electricity included, the park models have to pay electricity. The water is nasty,,always boil notice,,when they do have water. Mail room is a joke. It's little cubby spots with adress number on them. So mail can be stolen. If heavy rain, plan on roads to be washed out. For the price,,you can stay in a much better place. The corporate office has no concern for the people, only to get there money. Park needs lots of update repairs.

Went through application process, was approved, they sent me the approval letter said they would be in contact. After a few days I called and sent emails over the course of several weeks with no call back from management team. I’m now out the money I paid for their required background check that I passed and still haven’t heard back from them. I told them in the application 3-30-2025 was the move date I now had to find a pay for a different place to stay and they essentially stole the application fee from me. This is the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Can’t comment on the condition of the park as I’ve never been but I would guess it is just as miss managed
