Very friendly And helpful staff. . Area well maintained. Pool is clean , and well kept. Larger grocery stores are about 10-15 minute drive but there are Gas stations and dollar store nearby for immediate needs.

Great community! The manger, Kim, goes out of her way to be helpful and the maintenance crew is top notch!

This is truly the nicest parking pad I have ever seen in my 30 years of camping experience. Beautiful brick pavers and absolutely no dirt or gravel. A clean freak like me is in heaven when I can camp like this. When we arrived I thought a campground host was helping my cousin back in his spot. I found out this gentleman was another camper just being a Good Samaritan. He immediately came to me and helped guide me in my spot. I encountered some problems with my Airstream hitch and between my cousin, this man and another 2 kind men they absolutely took over my problem with skill and ease and temporarily bailed me out of my problem until I can replace my tongue jack today. I could easily live at this park with these kind of neighbors. I spoke to Kim on the phone and she could easily be the nicest person I have ever dealt with at any campground. You can hear her smile on the phone. We look forward to meeting her today (we arrived on a Sunday so I didn’t meet her on arrival). Another interesting feature are the in-slab water hook ups. I have never seen this before. Impressive idea! Beautiful pool although at 37 degrees today it might be best to hang around the fire pit. Huge supply of wood behind the bathhouse! Help yourself! Bathhouse is immaculate and warm on this 37 degree morning! Love this place!

We enjoyed a 3-night stay while attending a fundraising event and dinner (healinghumanity.movie) in Tampa last weekend. Miss Kim is a wonderful, friendly host! From our pre-trip phone call to our farewell hug, we felt appreciated and respected. The pool was sparkling clean and the water temp. was just right. Yes, we recommend staying in this small, well-maintained community.

The image you see on Google give a false sense of the lot size here. This was very tight spaces. We were in #10 and shared a patio with our neighbor. Our ODS slide was about two feet from the rig behind us. We had to step over their sewer hose to get to our own underbelly storage. It appears they just doubled every spot along this row for the sake of income.
That being said, the people here were some of the friendliest folks you’ll ever meet! (Thank goodness, since you’re so close to them!) It was quiet in the evening and peaceful (only a little road noise from I-75). I felt safe here and the location was convenient to plenty of things to do.
It’s a nice place if you don’t mind being packed in like sardines. 🙂
