My family reserved #76 for 3 nights: Oct. 21 - 24. The first two nights were wonderful. No bugs and solitude with nature. Then came the third night. Campers arrived next to us informing us they were planning a big party that night. They compared loudly their liquor supply. The item that won was 83 proof. As they spoke with us, it was more of a warning of what we were expected to face that night. We opted to leave early. We did not want confrontation. As we left, gazebos were coming out and tables with kegs. I thought there were rules.

The camp site was fine, but the overall maintenance of the general area was poor. Several structures were severely deteriorated, including buildings/pavilions and walkways. Deferred maintenance is certainly present and is something other reviews commented on for some time now. It's really a beautiful place, but needs some care.

What a wonderful spring and river and campsites were great. Only complaint is that it would be nice that someone would fix the boardwalk and all the stuff thatβs enclosed by fencing because of deterioration and decay.

Very nice camping at Juniper Springs. A trail from the campground goes to the swimming area. A nice little museum helps visitors learn about the park's history.

Beautiful campground, camp sites are a really good size and mainly secluded from your neighbors. The hiking trails have been closed for some time so other than the swimming hole there is not much to do. We will definitely be back

Disappointed that the boardwalks and Fern Hammock remain closed. The restoration and repair needs to be a priority.
The pool closes too early for campers.
We love camping at Juniper Springs due the proximity of the springs to the campsites.
It's a beautiful recreation center and could be even better with improvements.

The campsite was great. It was an amazing place! The kayak trip was so relaxing and peaceful. Itβs was a four hour trip the springs are beautiful and we were treated to seeing otters early on morning in the big spring area. Highly recommend visiting this area.
