St. Lucie Campground provides a relaxing camping experience on the St. Lucie Canal, part of the 152 mi Okeechobee Waterway that spans South Florida from the Atlantic Ocean to the Gulf of Mexico. Campers can enjoy watching boats and the occasional manatee pass through the St Lucie Lock while sitting under the warm Florida sun.

St. Lucie South Campus: A Waterfront Oasis
Our recent stay at St. Lucie South Campus was truly delightful! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the sheer beauty of the grounds. It was an absolute joy to open our camper door each morning and be greeted by the sparkling water right outside – a truly picturesque backdrop to our coffee. The scenic water views weren't just for the door, either; they were perfectly framed by our windows, making for a constant, calming presence.
Beyond the stunning scenery, we were impressed by how clean the park was kept. Everything was well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. A special shout-out goes to Kim at the check-in post, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She provided some fantastic recommendations for local attractions and dining spots, which really enhanced our visit.
St. Lucie South Campus offers a serene and beautiful escape, made even better by its immaculate conditions and helpful staff. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with breathtaking water views!

Great staff. Right on the water with nice flat concrete pads. A sun shelter with a picnic table. Clean bath houses. They care about this place and it shows. Love this place!

Quiet well kept campground with a relaxing river view. Only spent one night here but really enjoyed it. Cement pad, water & electric, grill and fire pit, covered picnic table. Showers were dated but clean and hot water plentiful.

A nice quiet park right on the water. There are only nine sites which was actually nice. Site number nine is the largest paved site. The Rangers and other people working here were very nice.
