We have stayed at St Lucie South several times and have always found it very well managed. It is a beautiful facility, quiet, yet convenient to Stuart and the coastal areas around it. With only 9 RV sites, it isn’t easy to get into, but it’s worth the effort.
The campground hosts are very friendly and attentive.

This was a fantastic experience! We were on our way to Miami for a cruise the following day and decided to camp out the night before. I had went online a couple weeks prior and managed to snag the last available spot for tent camping. Everything I'd found online seemed to indicate there was no electricity at the tent sites, so we were prepared for that. However, when we arrived, we were happy to find that there is indeed electricity at those sites. It was a beautiful location right on the water with a large area for the tent, a covered picnic table, a fire ring with grill rack, and a charcoal grill. Check-in was super easy and took about three minutes. We were able to pull our van right up to the site to unload and then parking was directly across from our site, maybe 50 ft or so. The bathroom is close and very convenient. Shower was a typical campsite shower and had good hot water and was very clean. We were there on a Sunday night and it was very quiet even though the site was completely booked. We only paid $20 for the night and there were no entrance fees or parking fees. This experience has definitely inspired us to look at other COE sites. We will definitely stay here again in the future! Overall, this was a great experience!
