Buck Lake Group Campground offers a quiet and peaceful camping experience with beautiful views and ample space for privacy. Reviewers highlight the remote location and nearby springs as major attractions, contributing to enjoyable family vacations. However, some concerns were raised about the presence of ticks.
The campsite was large and well equipped with a fire pit and tables. It was hard to find a spot of level ground in the main area and the road once you got past the restroom was very uneven and rough. The grass in the sites was also overgrown. However, the view of the lake was beautiful and the surrounding forest roads were great for birding. Our scout troop will strongly consider returning here next year!
