Great site with lovely view of lake. However, make sure to carry ant baits and spray because the ants are terrible. Spray around RV tires and especially the water hose. Put baits inside RV. Follow these suggestions and you'll have a great stay.

Huge campsite beside playground and swim area. Had some big pieces of gravel that didn't fell very good to step on even wearing shoes. Fairly level site.

Got there and power on pole was out. The grass was growed up all around even in the campsite. Power went out in our section for a couple of hours. Very hot, no ac.

Just a lovely spot to relax and unwind, with beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunset. Be aware, though, that sites have a problem with ants--the very small ones that can get in anywhere. So, be sure to spray around your camper, the tires, the hookups, and any where else you can think of!
Campground is very convenient to Augusta, and Rocky Branch golf course, which is over in Lincolnton, GA is a great place to play a round. Can also recommend Granddaddy's Diner right down the road--can't miss it on your way to the campground. Good food, service, and location.
We'll be back!

I loved this campground. Site was great. I would have given 5 stars except for the patch of poison ivy on the site. Camp hosts, Bonnie and Jim were great!
