Please update the photos on your website. The site we booked (009) appeared to have a clear view of the water but many trees have matured since that photo was taken. Other than that we really enjoyed the campground and we will be back!

Our campsite was beautiful, and we appreciated that the office was open until 9:00 PM for late arrivals. Unfortunately, the bathhouses were in bad shape and were overdue for cleaning and repairs. Neither had hand soap and there weren't even soap dispensers installed. The shower drains were clogged so water pooled around our feet while showering. There were no fans or air conditioning so it was extremely hot. We ended up taking cold showers just to cool off. We will probably not stay here again.

We loved our site. Did not use bathroom or showers. We did not like the dump station receptical. We had to physically hold our standard sewer hose into the receptical so it would not pop out when draining. Fortunately we were able to do that, but i would imagine some people could not physically do that. After 5 yrs of camping , we have not experienced this issue before. Beautiful lake and park! Thank you!

Very nice park, my first visit. Some challenging roads riding the ebike up and down the hills. No actual bike paths, but the traffic usually obeyed the posted speed limit. Restrooms clean but quite dated. Would stay again.
The only negative is the listings in the reservation portion didn't let me know of the long pull through sites that would have been much easier to use than the one I felt was the best from looking at several. Surprisingly one just across the road from where I stayed.

Site 49 and it was really nice right off the lake! Quiet and serene and I hope to go back next year. The host I encountered was wonderful and very helpful. The bathhouse was clean and I really like being able to lock the door of the shower stall. Woke up to beautiful sunshine from the lake with I wonderful breeze. Took a ride and walk around the grounds and they are very well kept. I hope to be able to access the beach (no pets allowed) next time and rude my bike. To hot for a fire but I did use the grill. Overall a pleasant 5 day stay.

From I-575 take extit 16. Follow Highway 20 west toward Cartersville, after 5 mi turn left on Fields Chapel Road and follow for 2 mi into the campground.

- Maximum of three pets are permitted per campsite
- Maximum of eight people per campsite
- Maximum of three vehicles per campsite
- Camping limit is 14 consecutive days or 14 non-consecutive days in any 30-day period at all Corps of Engineers operated campgrounds on the Allatoona Lake Project.
- Off-road vehicles, golf carts and ATVs are not permitted
- Entrance gate is closed.
- Digital Copies of campground maps are available online. Please print ahead of time if you would like physical copy.
- Don't Move Firewood: Protect your forests from tree-killing pests by buying your firewood locally and burning it on-site. Visit Dontmovefirewood.org for further information.
- Primary Occupant must be 18 years of age or older.
