My wife and I tent camped for a couple of days on 8/18 & 8/18/24. Besides heavy and widespread rain both days we were next to a campsite that had over 16 people (8 adults and 8 kids, teenagers). Constant noise all day and into the late night. Another camp site had a diesel pick up truck parked with the engine running non-stop for hours. These campsites are too close for that amount of people. We've decided to camp elsewhere in the future.

The people in site 3 ran their generator all night, every night. We were told they ran it all night the night before we came. We ended up leaving a day early because we couldn’t stand to be kept up all night anymore. The camp host was there, But apparently does not enforce the no generators after 10 PM rule. My 11yr old sons asked the host where site 9 was because he didn’t see the site numbers. The host was a smart ass and told him after 8 and before 10. Again my son asked “I am sorry sir I can’t find it which way is it” and was told the same thing between 8 & 10 then laughed at him with two other men. Not one would help my sons and direct them the right way through camp. It’s his JOB to help campers!

  • Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
  • Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
    • Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
    • Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
    • One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
  • Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
  • Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
  • Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
