Our campsite was very close to the lake allowing us beautiful views. We enjoyed the boats, jet skis, floats, kayaks and all the activity! Peaceful but entertaining. The park was clean and well kept and the hosts were friendly. Overall an A+

Beautiful, well maintained park with large campsites. We stayed at #34, lots of shade and at #44, a beautiful lakefront site. The lake was great for swimming or just floating. Wish we had arranged to rent a boat, as many people had them conveniently tied up right at their site.

Nice campground with flat sites and plenty of space. The bathrooms could use some better cleaning and updating, however. Loved having the washer/dryer at the bath house.

Love this COE park. It looks like with the rates they charge, somebody could plan to add sewer connections. I see very little upgrading in the last several years. They do keep it very clean. Something is wrong in the administration of these parks - volunteers are leaving with bad tastes in their mouths, Park Rangers seem to be the issue. The gatehouse volunteers do nothing with the reservation system. People book premium sites for the night and have no intention of staying on them. They just want to bring their boat and play or they want to stay until 5:00 p.m. on the day they should check out. So they book a site and leave early, no overnight stay intended. Probably the same people who go in and book every weekend of a site for the whole summer as soon as reservations open. I understand that the USACOE main mission is to protect the land, but it looks like they are trying to drive away RVs by just not caring - poor management. Parks closed on Lake Lanier last year because they could not get volunteers.

Park is nice and has lots of good areas for kids to play. Most sites are shaded but still have water front access

The host and her husband are beyond rude!! We had dropped off our camper for a friend to use, they persisted that it was a rental camper. Mind you we have stayed at this campground MANY times. Every other time we have stayed there the gates have remained unlocked. This time, our friend had told her she would be getting in later due to work and the lady said “oh well, good luck and those spaces are no parking” our friend SLEPT IN HER FREAKING CAR outside the gate!!!! I’m beyond furious with these hosts. Then told her that morning… “oh so you didn’t even sleep in your camper” uh no bitch she did not. When I came to pick it up a day early because I wasn’t going to allow her to stay there anymore I told her at the front gate I was coming to get my camper she said oh the rental? What rental company are you from? Ummm again… this is my camper and I allowed her to use it. What difference does it make she was the primary guest! We will not be back to this campground. We have cancelled all of our future reservations and have told our friends whom also frequent there and they will not return either. I’m making a post as well on GA campgrounds as all the RV fb sites to stay clear of that location due to the nasty rude hosts you have there. I even had to call the chief ranger and made a complaint. I would like a full refund back!!!

Let me start by saying we absolutely love Baldridge Creek Campground and have camped there for several years. However, this trip not so much. We had power issues the first night and did not discover until 10 pm. We worked on it for over an hour and in desperation, I went to one of the Camp Attendants who was not really helpful and actually ended up being quite rude and had no empathy with my dilemma, bascially he was upset that I woke him up and said as much. My husband is disabled (he has dementia) and it was imperative that we had power for his CPAP which is vital for his condition. The option I was given was to move our camper in the middle of the night to an emergency spot. Which would have caused trauma to my husband. He doesn't handle unexpected change. Thankfully my family was also camping there and we had to crash on their couch for the night. The next day the attendant did come by to check on the situation and still was questioning if there was a problem, as if we were lying about the situation. A family member that worked on the breaker with me came by and also confirmed that we had a faulty breaker and he kept stating that the previous people had no issue but he could not confirm if they were using the same 30 amp or the 50 amp....basically we ended up moving 3 times until they repaired the breaker 3 days later. So please be aware that if you camp here and have any issues you can't fix yourself. You're ON YOUR )WM. Oh and I am in Customer Service and have been for 30 years. This particular attendant needs a refresher course.
During the pandemic we ended up staying at owner/private campgrounds and I guess we got spoiled to the good Customer Service, the personal friendly people and the immaculate bathrooms, which Baldridge sadly lacks.
Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.....
