Since we just had our 2nd visit for this year I can see some minor facility issues but still mostly staffing issues. Bathhouses need updating. Shower curtains need to be replaced with something better. Again minor things.
The staff is a mixed bag. There is 1 couple that seem intent on being a pain. The man actually yelled at me for taking the leash off my dog as the dog is standing against my leg and attempting to jump in the back seat of my truck. The entire time the leash had been on the dog. He couldn’t jump (he is old) easily with it on. I’m standing there holding it in my hand and the dog is attempting to jump. I understand if we were walking or if I had taken it off sooner but I didn’t. I just dropped my jaw and let it go.
The other couple are very friendly and make you feel welcome. They have a great attitude about their job and enjoy people in general.

WOW! Completely amazed and impressed with the conditions and setting of Bald Ridge Park. I hesitate to leave a great review to help attract more people for me to compete with. But, they do such a great job here that I can't resist acknowledging it. Very safe, clean, quiet, and family and pet friendly. Can't wait to visit again!

Hosts were kind and very friendly, we stayed on a spot with so many fallen trees and mud you couldn’t get to the water and the picture online shows shade it needs to be updated their are two tree stumps and we were right on the road in the blazing sun, we left a day early. The bath houses were clean and so was the park, we will go back again but make sure to never stay on that site again.

I won’t go into detail but just know we will not be back at this campground. We only stayed because our friends were staying here.

We love this campground! We like the sites with the lake visible!
We noticed an odd small / taste in the drinking water.
