Our campsite was pretty close to the main gate and a tad bit noisy but the view was worth it! Enjoyed boating and kayaking and walks around the campground.

We were surprised by how well kept and long the sites were! In Ohio most public campgrounds don't have nice site pads next to the campers like these! We loved it! The cons are the ants made a parade into our camper and we had a few red ant incidents with our feet and our dogs. Also something we are spoiled with at most campgrounds is there was no dog park. There are good spots for a one, even a small one, but there wasn't. Most campers have dogs, and letting them have a couple moments to roam off leash makes its a lot better then constant walks in the heat for us owners :) We love our dogs but those dog parks sure make it nice!
