Doll Mtn is a very nice campground with spacious sites. It is within just a few minutes drive to two nice breweries and a beautiful winery. My only negative is that I wish they had cut the grass on the campsites.

Beautiful decks overlooking the forest and lake. Sites 40 & 42 were great - level and fit our 2 cars. Moved out of Site 45 because the driveway was too steep and curvy for me (but I’m bad at backing in). Had to drive to the bathroom - very clean with good showers. Hosts checked in with us and gave us their emergency number - felt very safe. Loved this peaceful, natural setting.

We stayed in site H-1 for 6 nights. It is a large level pull through site. So beautiful and peaceful for our entire stay. Bath house was clean and well stocked. We will be back!

We camped at site #48, which is considered a walk-in site. The short trail to the campsite was very manageable despite our ridiculous amount of gear, and the site itself was great. The camp site was very private, even with the other sites nearby, and the tree cover provided great shade all day. The campground itself was well kept, and the hosts were polite. I had only 2 gripes. The first was to echo other complaints about the bathrooms being too far. They really were only manageable by driving to them, it would be nice to have at least a couple of privies near the walk-in sites. My other complaint is the parking at the boat ramp. It is labeled as boat trailer only parking and all others are to park in the "overflow" across the street. The overflow is just a tiny turn-around with a couple of spaces that are really supposed to be for the campsites located there, which seemed like barely enough room for more than a few cars. In the main boat ramp parking area, I was there on a Saturday during Memorial Day Weekend, there were only 3 vehicles with trailers and around 6-8 hauling kayaks/canoes on their roof. Please designate some spots in the boat ramp area for paddlers to park. Thankfully most of the people there that day (including us) ignored the signs and parked where it made sense anyway.
