One of our top camping destinations every year. Beautiful place and camp sites are maintained very well. Some of the best camping spots out there with excellent views of the lake! Staff are friendly and always welcoming. My family loves staying here. My only complaint would be the bath house and bathrooms. They look like they are rarely cleaned and are really gross. We normally use tent to camp and have to use the bath house regularly. This creates a problem with small children. I have to make sure to have cleaning supplies with me or at the very least make sure my children don’t touch anything! The bathrooms could use some major TLC!! It’s a shame because the place is so beautiful and great camping spot just beware of bathrooms or come prepared. Black mold and other things growing in the showers.. really expect clean sanitary bath house when you see how nice everything else is. But I have just started bringing my own cleaning supplies and prepare things before my children need to go inside. Other than that it’s really such a beautiful place you should definitely check it out. Great fishing and boating. They have beach for children and playground that’s great. Also it’s convenient to Walmart and shops for all your needs. Nice set up for both Rv & tent camping, and always have a wonderful time.

We have been coming here for years, our son basically grew up camping here and then his kids. Will visit as often as we can, great, clean and the hosts are super nice.

The campground hosts were incredible. The only complaint is tts grass is so high you can’t walk much around.

Wow. Who knew Lake Lanier was so pretty. We live in Atlanta and wanted a close by camping weekend. Our camp site was nestled between two little white sand beaches and turquoise water. It sounds silly but felt like we were in Mexico.
Will be back again!!

Just 2 night stay, but great spot lake views beautiful. Quiet and nice. Camp hosts kept a good eye on things, making rounds several times each day. Bathhouse perhaps is ready for an upgrade. Dump station area clean . Already have reservations to return in fall!

Dirty bathrooms and showers. Trash in the fire pit, including a soiled diaper I had to remove. Hosts say COE cut the budget a half million for all Lake Lanier parks and not paying cleaning contractors was first on the list. Glad we were there before the TP ran out.
