We are thrilled that Old Federal Campground is back open for business - we have really missed it. It is our favorite COE campground. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful as usual and the sites have always been spacious with great views of Lake Lanier. We enjoyed our stay in June at site #57 but will enjoy our September stay at site #75 even better. A GREAT CAMPGROUND.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The campsites are welk maintained. The restrooms are clean and are cleaned all day/night. And all landscaping is kept in top shape. There is really not a bad site at this location but our faves are 25 - 40. They have plenty of shade, easy lake access and we placed for space and privacy. This is our favorite site in GA. So far.

The campground and hosts where good but it looked like the grass hadn’t been cut in at least two weeks. Past our ankles deep when we would take our dog out. Snakes could definitely be hiding in the grass

Old Federal is one of our favorite campgrounds on Lake Lanier. Almost every site overlooks the water and it is well maintained.
