Van Pugh South is my goto for local camping. Facilities are always excellent, clean, and usually not to many loud hoolagins partying after hours. Had to cut my trip short this time around because the wind got way to crazy on my 2nd day. Otherwise it was a great trip.

My friend is the one who got me going to Lake Lanier annually. It’s been a perfect campsite for our families with teenagers.
