1. The bathrooms' were not clean.
2. Our friends came to visit us on Saturdays and at the gate they were not allowed to drive in, they have to park outside and walk all the way to our campsite.

The corps parks around Lake Lanier should remain open all year. If the parks are handed over to the county to manage, please retain the senior pass.

We have been camping at Bolding Mill for years and love it there. However, I guess due to ACOE funding cutbacks the facilities are not in as good a shape as they used to be. They only cut the grass right around the roads. Many of the grassy meadows that the kids used to play in have weeds taller than I am. Speaking of kids, the recreation equipment (swings etc) is no longer maintained. Write your congressman and ask them to support more funding for these wonderful parks!!!

We really love all our local parks in our area. Unfortunately it has been very discouraging to see how run down the park has become. It seems like all summer long the grass was only cut around the edges. It was hard to take a walk. But park host/hostess were always extremely nice.

Very nice Rv park w nice size sites and easy access.
One major negative point is the SMALL turnaround for sites 1-9!
Also Extremely Disappointed that COE Rv parks are being turned over to counties!

We have been camping at Bolding Mill for several years. The entire place was in such a state of severe weed overgrowth and disrepair at this visit. I was shocked! There were also many more tents on RV sites than I have ever seen before. Hopefully there are plans to clean the area up and make some changes over the closed winter season.

I loved everything about it. I became good friends with Tom and his wife. They were so wonderful to me. I’ll be coming back next year. It’s was clean and beautiful. Thank you, for a wonderful summer.
