My only complaint would be that they need a entrance for people already checked in so we don’t have to wait behind 4 campers checking In

Campsites are great- large and spacious. Clean camping areas. The hosts are horribly rude. Y try old several campers where they could NOT go to walk- telling campers they live on site so do not go in the area behind the bathhouses because they live there and don’t want people making messes near their campers. Bathhouses for women out of order the entire first opening weekend. Lots of garbage piled up- no where to discard of trash.

There are many festivals going on in north georgia in the month of october. for you to shut down the park half way through the month is ridiculous. we made our reservation through the 18th and then was told we had to be out by the 17th. that messed up our reservations for the rest of the month. customer service is the name of the game. you don't practice it well.
