This is a great campground. I wish it were open later in the fall, or year round. Great lake access and close to Clemson

This is a GREAT campground!! Very large sites with mostly good privacy! Great biking around the campground loops!. Very clean and super friendly staff and hosts!! Loved the sites with shore access to launch our kayaks and we moored our pontoon at our site!!
Plan to return to Oconee Point next spring and fall!!
Would be GREAT if Oconee point would open for the season on April 1st instead of May 1st!!

Nice COE campground. Most all sites are next to or very close to Lake Hartwell. The campground is kept up very well. The restrooms were clean, but there was no shower in the one in our area. It would be necessary to drive to one much further away for a shower.

Other than a mix-up about our site reserved on line not being what we needed or expected everything was very good. The hostess was able to solve the problem, and we were able to get a new and much much better site for what we wanted. "Aunt Mary and Uncle Phil" were both very pleasant, helpful and competent and we had another very nice stay.

WoW, this place is a hidden gem. The campsites we all spacious and lake front. The grounds were well maintained, the bath house clean and staff at the front gate very helpful. It was a quiet, delightful spot to enjoy the lake and wildlife. We will be returning, for sure!

All sites are waterfront. Most have easy access to water for kayak or even pontoon landing. Plenty of space between sites. Very clean and well cared for campground!! Great roads and loops for biking. Comfort stations are very clean - not all buildings have showers but there are several around the campground that do. Great place on a beautiful lake!
