Admittedly, it did not rain one drop while we were camping for two weeks in sites 13 and 16 So I'm not sure how I would feel if water had pooled in the tent areas. I have not had to test how well water would drain. But we love the campground, mostly quiet… Occasional morning noise from the orchard next-door, but overall a wonderful experience with beautiful views.

Because the lake is so low, we had to wade through mud to launch our kayaks. But the campground is still beautiful , the sites are spacious and well-maintained.

We enjoyed our stay here. Quiet and pretty campground. Some ants, but nothing that was a problem. Bathrooms dated but clean. Important note: there is no firewood for sale at the campground. There are local places to buy on the way in. Utilities worked well. No sewer at site, but multiple dump stations, all in good condition.
