Site was clean BUT bathrooms terrible. Somedays they didnt look too clean. In other parks they were cleaned once and spot checks afterward which might include restocking supplies and a quick pickup of the area.
Nobody checked sites other than a cursory drive by. The garbage can at corner of out site was full for three days before somebody cleaned it up.You should look at Rudd's Creek
Camping area.!!

We enjoyed our time here. The lake was great and the sun rises’ were spectacular.
The only downside to this park is that they lock the gate at 10:00pm. You have to be in or you have to park outside and walk to your campsite. Not good for us older folks.

The Camphosts ,Nathan, Sherie & Jason are friendly, very competent & engaging. Never had a camphost notice we had a day in our stay without an RV spot & call us with a cancellation. Sherie did just that!
Bravo! Also observed Sherie riding around the campground picking up trash with her “grabber stick”.
Even though park was usually quite full, restrooms & trash cans were clean & emptied, thanks to a contract service. Excellent job! All the sites are large & plenty of distance from your neighbors. Most sites have a beautiful Hartwell lakeside view, also.
We definitely enjoyed our stay here!!
Peg & Bub Harper & Poquito too
