Been going there for years and not happy they’re not spending money on this campground. Grass was knee high, pine straw and lungs all over my site and the road going to it.

Bath room by camp site 27 is very nasty and needs some work. Big downfall for us was we could not have our golf cart. There is no beach area for kids. Camp hosts can fly around on their golf carts all times of the day and night. We will never come back. Don’t waste your money.

We love this campground. We stayed at site 34. Right on the water with a beautiful sunrise view. Level site with very little shade until afternoon. Our only complaint is that we had small red ants everywhere. We sprayed all around the camper and all the cords, but they still came in through the window drains. They came had to fall out of the pine trees.

We loved our first experience at Lake Hartwell camping with friends on the next lot over. It’s great that we only live 30 minutes away as well. We could go home and check on things. Our garden is still producing so we still need to take care of it. Great recommendation from our friends on this site. Definitely will be back. The campground is so quiet. Peaceful morning walks with my dog were really nice.

Everything was super!!!
We experienced a health issue and needed to get out of the gate that was locked. We were given the key and no problem.
Thankfully we were able to get to the hospital and get help.
