We always enjoy staying at Watsaddler. Always quiet even when the campground is full.
The only thing I know to be helpful would be in the bathhouse. There needs to be a bigger bench to put your clothes etc while showering. There are two shower stalls but only 1 small bench to put your stuff and it's only 1 ft square.

The grounds were not kept up, the grass was high. The sites were over taken by ants and flies.
