Very clean and friendly campgrounds. Love the view of the lake. Nice warm showers. My only suggestion would be to put some kind of hand cleaner and dryer or towels in the bathrooms.

Watsadler campground has received numerous positive reviews highlighting its clean facilities, friendly staff, and well-maintained grounds, making it a favorite for frequent campers. Many guests appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, spacious sites, and convenient location near shopping and dining options. However, some reviews mention areas needing improvement, such as bathroom cleanliness, maintenance of certain sites, and restrictions on golf carts, which detracted from their overall experience.

Nice host. Excellent for autumn camping, close to bathroom and lake, water and electric connections just setting aside the tent. The whole campsite is great!

let me start by saying I feel safe at this campground. Everyone is friendly. check in and out is easy. It always seems to be full of people, with that said it also feels private too. The bathrooms are standard and clean. dump and trash stations are clean. standard power and water hookup. I have stayed at 2 different sites within the campground, both were fairly level. At some of the sites you will see and hear US highway 29. beautiful lake scenery. Its close to town. Hartwell is a fairly large "small town" 10 minutes away, or you can go 30 minutes north to Anderson SC, which is a large city.
