This is the closest campsite to the boat dock, which may be a plus or minus depending on if you have a boat.

No one in our area seems to know about this place but it's a very nice camps ground with excellent camping sites, It's now our favorite place to camp. We went in Nov and will be going again as often as we can. Easy to get to

Whitetail is our favorite campground, but it is still so trashy. The shorelines are full of trash. Can't something be done about all the pollution? It breaks my heart to see it.

CAMPED NEAR THE SHOWERS FACILITY, WHICH WAS ALWAYS VERY CLEAN. CAMPGROUND IS ALWAYS QUIET, JUST WISH THAT THE FISHING HAD BEEN MORE SUCCESSFUL! CAMP HOSTS WERE FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT, NEVER A PROBLEM HERE.
