We camped at sight 14. The best sight for tent camping. The park was very quiet and dark at night. That is the way it should be for tent camping for the best experience. The bathroom/shower facilities were so clean. Very happy with our stay. I cant wait to do it again! Oh and the sight being right on the lake with private beach was so beautiful!

Great camp ground and bathrooms are clean. The tent pad on site#2 is in an area that gets run off from the rain so it was soggy. We had to setup our tent in a dryer zone cloer to the fire pit.

Perfect place for a birthday party! My kids had a blast! Only issue I had was no where for a piñata. So we make shifted one with extra rope.

The park is very nice. Site sizes are generous. The staff was very nice and helpful. The area is beautiful much to see we were there to 🏍️ in the blue ridge mtns was an amazing ride. we will be back.

Very nice but small with tight turns and large rocks making parking difficult but the lake was worth it.

Take U.S. Highway 515 north from Blue Ridge for 4 miles to Georgia Highway 60. Turn right (southwest) and continue 3 miles to the town of Morganton. In Morganton, turn right on County Road 616 (Lake Drive) and proceed for 1 mile. To enter the campground, take the first left after the Morganton Point entrance sign.
Morganton Point is accessible via U.S. Highway 515, which connects to Georgia Highway 60 in Morganton. The campground is approximately 4 miles from U.S. Highway 515.

Policies & Rules
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
