This place is set up really well.
Loved the executive pull-thru spaces.
Restaurants and stores located a short drive away. We were arriving late (after office hours) and a nice young man called and provided us with a map of our parking space. The park was convenient to the highway, but nice and quiet.
Will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at Hawkins Pointe a few times.
Each time we have visited, we have stayed in the Executive Sites.
Check in process was very smooth and everyone we encountered was very friendly.
Our site had reasonable spacing to the next site. The concrete pads are very large and quite level. Utilities worked as expected. Grounds were clean and maintained.
There are no amenities beyond your utilities, but that works fine for us, since we come here to visit family in the area.
Location itself is convenient to a lot of food and shopping options, as well as a short drive to reach downtown Chattanooga.
The only significant con for this location is its proximity to a local drag strip that can run late into the night. We were fortunate during our most recent stay, that every night but one, was rained out at the drag strip.
We will definitely stay here again, when we visit the area again this fall.

My wife and I stayed here on and off for 8 months. It was our home base as we traveled elsewhere for several trips. The park is clean, quiet, has a great dog park and the location is extremely convenient.
There is a race track close by and you hear some dragsters from time to time but wasn’t ever an issue for us. The only drawback for me was there are no restrooms on site.
The hidden gem of this park is actually the staff. Our schedule fluctuated several times during our stay and they bent over backwards to accommodate each and every request. They send regular emails about anything going on in the park, as well as what to do, during weather related emergencies . Top notch friendly staff. They are much appreciated.

Easy access from I-75, far enough from the interstate for a nice quiet evening.
Really nice and clean dog park by the storage facility.
Site was easy to navigate.
We were contacted by owners before we arrived, map was sent for directions to our site.
The sewers connections are at the end of the pad, if you are staying in a motorhome and pulling a road you will need extra sewers hoses to reach the connection.
We only stayed one night so it wasn’t an issue.
Works as a great stop over for the night.

Hawkins Pointe has truly become our home away from home. We originally stayed here for three months after purchasing our 40’ fifth wheel as our “shakedown” trip. It was the perfect place to learn our RV, and we’ve been coming back ever since.
Now we store our RV here and stay for a couple of nights before and after every trip. It’s a great way to ease into traveling and unwind before heading home.
The location is hard to beat. It’s conveniently located just off I-75 and close to Bass Pro Shops and Camping World, making it easy to pick up any last-minute RV supplies. There are also plenty of great restaurant options nearby, so it’s easy to grab a good meal without traveling far.
One thing worth mentioning is the nearby drag strip. Other reviews are correct—you can hear the races on most Friday and Saturday nights. For us, though, it was never a problem. We actually turned it into a game, jokingly betting on which lane won even though we couldn’t see the track! The races wrapped up at a reasonable hour, usually around 10:00 p.m., and they never disturbed our sleep.
The campground is well maintained, and we’ve always felt comfortable leaving our RV in storage here. Whether you’re looking for a place to stay, a long-term spot while learning your new RV, or secure storage with the convenience of overnight stays, Hawkins Pointe has been a wonderful fit for us. We look forward to returning before and after every adventure.
